AMERICAN EAGLE CFO: American Eagle Outfitters Inc. has promoted Joan Hilson to executive vice president, chief financial officer of the American Eagle Brand. Hilson will be responsible for all areas of corporate finance and accounting as well as merchandise planning and allocation. She will continue to report to chief executive officer Jim O'Donnell. Hilson moves into the role previously filled by Laura Weil, who joined Ann Taylor Stores Corp. as chief operating officer in August.
