Jun. 4--Elkhart Lake -- One historic streak ended Saturday afternoon at Road America but another of note survived another race. Ben Spies, the American Motorcyclist Association Superbike points leader, failed to extend his record-tying winning streak to seven races in the first half of the Suzuki Doubleheader, but the Yoshimura Suzuki team continued its dominance over the rest of the circuit.
