Emaar Properties together with Tamweel are offering upto 97 per cent finance for the purchase of apartments at South Ridge 3 located within the 500-acre Burj Dubai Downtown development. With this offer, a down payment for a one bedroom apartment is a flat AED 39,000 with payments starting only after handover of the unit.
