Jun. 4--A recent cover story in Time magazine said we should be "very worried." But should we? Most people agree that global temperatures have risen in recent decades, but no one seems to know how that rise will affect the Rio Grande Valley; various sources disagree on the global impact of a warmer earth, and even the cause. Some experts feel that human activity has caused the rise in temperatures by releasing elevated amounts of greenhouse gases.
