MONTREAL, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Immedia Infomatic Corporation ("Immedia") (Montreal: IFM) of Montreal, and Tandem Computers Incorporated ("Tandem") (NYSE: TDM) announced today the completion of all financial arrangements relating to the acquisition of MPACT EDI
Systems, Inc. ("MPACT") from Tandem. According to the agreement,
Tandem acquired an approximate 19 percent share of the company on June 30, 1993, becoming the largest single shareholder.
Under Immedia's financing, 2,640,000 common shares and 2,640,000 purchase warrants are to be distributed upon exercise of previously issued Special Warrants. Each Special Warrant was issued at a price of Can. ...
