PowerGenix has named Joseph Carcone its vice president of business development. He will be responsible for bringing the company's battery products to market and overseeing the company's growth. Carcone has more than 30 years of power and battery expertise and has held senior positions with various companies, including Sanyo Energy Corp., General Electric and AT&T. Linda Gallo has joined SCS Engineers as office manager. She will be responsible for overall management of the environmental engineering firm's San Diego office.
