PCCW, a Hong Kong-based company, is set to be the first to replace the cable TV base with IPTV services. The number of subscribers increased from 360,000 to 550,000 at a good rate of 52 percent as compared to the leading company, I-Cable, which has a growth rate of 5 percent.
