Devon-based industrial filtration specialist, Micromac Filtration has introduced a new Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system, which cleans the dirtiest of effluents and also provides significant capital and operational cost savings to the user.
Micromac Filtration's DAF system represents a new and radically different approach to wastewater clarification. The DAF unit is designed to clarify liquids that are high in contaminants. It reduces chemical oxygen demand, biological oxygen demand and suspended solids in fats, oil, grease and wastewater by up to 95 per cent.
