Adrianna Papell NY, has acquired the Robert Janan Company a year after the two dress and suit firms established a joint venture called Adrianna Papell UK.
The staff of Robert Janan is being absorbed by Papell. This includes Eva Shapiro, designer and president, and Theo Caccio, vice president and merchacdise manager, who will continue in their present positions.
