Jun. 5--The new management team of Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc (TPI) has urged the company's founder, Prachai Leophairatana, to behave and support the company's business integration and restructuring or face legal action.
Chief executive officer Piti Yimprasert said he hoped that Mr Prachai would allow TPI's restructuring to move forward.
"I hope he (Mr Prachai) will think like a businessman, who looks forward to seeing the business grow and work smoothly," he said in an interview.
While Mr Prachai no longer holds any role at TPI, the Leophairatana family still controls six key TPI subsidiaries even ...
