CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wachovia Securities announced today that Jennifer Lynch has joined the Equity Division as managing director and head of Special Equities. She will be based in New York.
In her role, Ms. Lynch will lead a team of professionals responsible for executing all forms of complex trading transactions for the firm's key corporate and financial sponsor clients, including share repurchase programs, Dutch Tenders, Rule 144 transactions, 10b5-1 programs and sponsor distributions.
