HUW Rees is cooking up a recipe he hopes will secure a healthy food and drink manufacturing industry in Wales for years to come.
It's a recipe that relies heavily on identifying the skills training needs of firms in the sector and making sure those needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Rees is head of the operations team at Improve, the food and drink sector skills council for the UK, and has special responsibility for Wales.
