Jun. 7--Delafield -- Teachers in the Lake Country School District have agreed to changes in health insurance, retirement benefits for future teachers and a host of other measures as part of a new two-year contract.

In exchange, the teachers will receive a 3.82% salary boost for the 2005-'06 school year and 3.37% the following year, said Robert Butler, a staff attorney with the Wisconsin Association of School Boards, who negotiated on behalf of the Lake Country School Board.
