SAN DIEGO -- The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the largest and most influential association for technology services and support professionals, today announced that Sony Electronics is the latest addition to the SSPA Consumer Electronics (CE) group. Sony joins Motorola, Nokia, HP Consumer and other top-tier CE service and support organizations that are working together with SSPA to establish standards for performance and best practices.
