Jun. 7--Despite foreclosure paperwork being filed against Hilger Brothers Farm Partnership, owner John Hilger said business will proceed as usual at Hilger's Farm and Restaurant at 13210 U.S. 30 West, between Fort Wayne and Columbia City. "Everything is full-on, open and operational," said Hilger on Tuesday. Vincent P. Tippmann Sr. filed the foreclosure notice on May 26. He is seeking what could amount to more than $1 million from Hilger and his brother, Joe Hilger, for money Tippmann has loaned to the Hilgers in the past year.
