For Willie, Norman and Earl Phelps, South Norfolk's singing cowboys, it's come full circle.
An eighth annual tribute concert to remember their music, history and legacy will take place June 11 at Lakeside Park, close to where the three brothers, now all deceased, grew up.
The free outdoor concert will feature several guest artists and bands who will each perform a song popularized or written by the brothers - most notably Willie's tunes.
