ARLINGTON, Va. -- EADS North America today announced the acquisition of Dynamic Process Solutions, Inc. (DPSI), a company that specializes in commercial-off-the-shelf consulting and management support services for military and commercial customers, including the United States Air Force. DPSI will join EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of EADS North America Defense. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
