Jun. 8--Feng shui is everywhere, from the traditional homes of Chinese immigrants to the high-rise apartments of young urban professionals. It even gets a segment on Martha Stewart Living Radio, the model homemaker's latest business venture. But this ancient Chinese philosophy of space arrangement isn't just for inanimate furniture anymore.

The San Jose-based Chinese Performing Artists of America have created a dance from the harmony represented by feng shui (which translates as "water and wind"). They've added techniques from tai chi to create a fusion of these two components of their culture.
