Jun. 8--DECATUR -- With all of their experience, the members of Operation Enduring Support could pack boxes in their sleep if necessary.
There's no doubt that they would if that's what it took to get community donations to soldiers in Iraq.
The family support group gathered Wednesday afternoon at Grace United Methodist Church to ready donations for shipment to the 101st Airborne Division in Iraq.
Hard candy, granola bars, magazines and shipping boxes covered a long line of tables manned by Operation Enduring Support members who were tackling donations made by the community for one specific unit in Iraq.
