KEMEROVO. June 8 (Interfax) - The West Siberian district federal arbitration court in Tyumen on Tuesday upheld the Kemerovo region arbitration court's ruling that recognized as illegal decisions made at three meetings of Cheremshansky Mine shareholders that led to changes in the coal company's ownership structure, a court official told Interfax.
