DALLAS -- Frank Pagano can speak intelligently about everything from annuities and preferred stocks to fabric weights and yoke backs.
The president of San Diego-based Pagano West has a degree in finance from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, and today makes his living selling men's and women's tailored clothing to the Western industry.
Although he's now in the apparel trade, Pagano's background in finance still comes in handy, as evidenced by the companies healthy balance sheet. For the fourth year in a row, Pagano West posted double-digit sales gains in 1993, a year in which its volume topped $3 million.
