Jun. 10--Come July, part of Horizon Organic Dairy's former office space will be filled by a familiar face: its former chief executive officer.
Chuck Marcy, who headed the Longmont dairy company until 2004, has launched Healthy Food Holdings Inc., a holding and management firm for branded food products.
The company plans to lease part of 6309 Monarch Park Place in Longmont, Horizon's former home. Marcy headed the dairy company from 2000 until 2004, when parent Dean Foods Co. combined its White Wave, Horizon Organic and National Branded Products. WhiteWave Foods now is based in Broomfield.
