SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) held its first-ever cross- training seminar for its enforcement personnel in an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the various boards and departments enforcement activities.
"With more of our pollution problems crossing geographic, jurisdictional and industrial boundaries, we must train our personnel to recognize and act appropriately in regards to the full range of environmental violations, rather than specializing in a narrow legal area," said James M.
