Citi Habitats has announced the formation of its Landlord Services Division, offering a host of complimentary services to landlords and developers citywide.
By joining this division, landlords would benefit from a staff of highly skilled Citi Habitats professionals working to ensure that their buildings are operating with the lowest possible vacancy and yielding the highest returns.
The service offerings are structured within three "tiers," each offering a different level of services based upon the relationship commitment of the landlord.
