DENVER -- Navigant International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLYR), doing business as TQ3Navigant (Navigant), announces that it will hold a special meeting of stockholders on July 12, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., Mountain Daylight Time, at Navigant's corporate headquarters, 84 Inverness Circle East, Englewood, Colorado, for the purpose of approving the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of April 26, 2006, by and among Carlson Wagonlit B.V. (CWT), Horizon Merger Corp. and Navigant.
