DALLAS -- More Than 150 Mystery Shoppers From Across The Country To Gather For Chicago Conference; Tips for Mystery Shopper Success, Training and Networking Provided
Mystery Shoppers from across the country will hone their skills in evaluating customer service and learn tips to boost their success during the Mystery Shopping Providers Association's (MSPA), Third Annual Educational Conference for Shoppers, from July 7 -9 in Naperville, Ill.
The conference will host nearly approximately 150 mystery shoppers at the Holiday Inn Select in Naperville for a weekend of education, training, celebration and networking with shoppers and MSPA member companies.
