STAMFORD, Conn. -- Two organizations today recognized Xerox Corporation's (NYSE: XRX) culture of equity in the workplace and commitment to helping employees balance their personal and professional lives.
Black Enterprise magazine named Xerox among its "40 Best Companies for Diversity," and the Families and Work Institute honored the company's work-life approach with a 2006 Work Life Legacy Award.
