A soft cheese made in the dairy heartland of Wales is launched this month.
Pont Ger - a branded soft cheese range from Carmarthenshire - is the latest development in the revival of Welsh cheesemaking and marks a first for soft cheese development in Wales.
It comes from the Carmarthenshire Cheese Company - Cwmni Caws Caerfyrddin - founded earlier this year by co-owners and Steve and Sian Elin Peace.
