ISLANDIA, N.Y. -- MedLink International, Inc. (OTCBB: MLKNA) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a majority interest in Anywhere MD, Inc. (Other OTC: ANWM). The specific financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Anywhere MD recorded unaudited 2005 year-end sales of approximately $643,000, roughly 81% of which came from the sale of its proprietary medical software along with technical support for their solutions. The acquisition is subject to approval by both the MedLink and the Anywhere MD Boards of Directors, as well as additional approvals and the satisfaction of other undisclosed terms and conditions.
