Alexandria, Va.-- Consumers are ignoring some fundamental steps they can take to improve their sleep, a new survey indicates.

The results of the 2006 Better Sleep Month survey suggest that millions of Americans are willing to try almost anything to cope with sleep deprivation and emotional stress. Almost anything, that is, except something as basic as considering a new sleep set.
