MANILA, June 13 Asia Pulse - Philippine Trade and Industry Secretary Peter B. Favila urged on Tuesday Trade Ministers of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) to continue having a free exchange of experiences and lessons learned in guiding APEC-member economies in negotiating and concluding regional and bilateral free trade agreements with their respective trading partners.
