Jun. 14--FILER --Twice is enough for Tim ZeBarth.
The Twin Falls County Fair Board chairman said the board won't try a third time to create a year-round events center at the fairgrounds in Filer.
"Right now there is no proposal to do so, and I don't know that there will be any time in the near future," ZeBarth said.
"If it comes up again, it will probably come from a board that's a lot different from the board now."
