DENVER -- Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust Inc., a Denver, Colorado-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), announced today the appointment of Jim Giuliano as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Giuliano replaces John Biallas, who has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
