Jun. 15--A Daviess County man has been charged with indecent exposure and is accused of fondling himself outside an Owensboro tanning salon this week. Police arrested Jymm Thomas Schneider, 55, of the 6400 block of Alvey Bridge Road at his home Tuesday night and charged him with first-degree indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Schneider is accused of accosting customers entering Oasis Tanning Salon at 325-C Park Plaza Drive on Monday evening while he was dressed only in underwear.
A store employee told police that a man was following customers wearing only dark "bikini briefs." The man had his hand inside his briefs ...
