Jun. 15--WILKES-BARRE -- For nearly a year, 11-year-old Marvin Raats has tended the grave of a U.S. serviceman buried in the Netherlands, knowing little more than the man's name and service affiliation.

Raats, of Heerlen, Netherlands, yearned to learn more about the soldier, Aston H. Morgan III, a Kingston native who was killed in action in Germany on April 5, 1945. But information was difficult to come by and his hopes had dwindled. Enter the Internet and Michael R. Maxwell of La Jolla, Calif.
