Jun. 15--WILKES-BARRE -- For nearly a year, 11-year-old Marvin Raats has tended the grave of a U.S. serviceman buried in the Netherlands, knowing little more than the man's name and service affiliation.
Raats, of Heerlen, Netherlands, yearned to learn more about the soldier, Aston H. Morgan III, a Kingston native who was killed in action in Germany on April 5, 1945.
