Jun. 15--COLUMBUS -- Since Bob Cowman left his job as chief investment officer of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation three years ago to take the same position at one of Ohio's largest pension systems, his meeting calendars have included the names of several people who have surfaced in the wide-ranging probe of the bureau, documents obtained by The Blade show.
On March 1, 2005, Mr. Cowman, who is in charge of the investment department at the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio, had an appointment set with Terrence Gasper, the bureau's former chief financial officer who has said he was working as a consultant. ...
