Jun. 15--With a menu based around a family recipe, Cheesecake Charlie's staff has its sights on treating the community to a bevy of flavors -- 248, to be exact.
"I've been making cheesecakes for 13 years, but eating them my whole life," said general manager Pat McArthur.
Charlie's, 7537 Mentor Ave., Mentor, opened May 24. McArthur and owner Karen Snyder, of Cleveland and Willowick, respectively, say they had been considering opening their own establishment for nearly six years.
