When it comes to summer entertaining the food spread isn't complete without pasta salad. Sure potato salad and coleslaw have their place in our hearts, but when it comes to our plates, pasta salad is taking over.
And why wouldn't it? Chewy pasta, crisp vegetables, tangy dressing. What's not to like?
Pasta salad has come a long way from the mayonnaise-laden, pimento-flecked macaroni salad of the 1950s.
