I'm sure you've heard this more than once: "If it ain't broken, don't fix it." That basic adage can be applied to many things, including recipes.
Yet for me, it seems that every recipe I create can be improved upon, which means it's broken and therefore always open to fixing. My chicken pasta salad's a good example. Here's my story.
