COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Nationwide Federal Credit Union ("NFCU") today announced a plan to seek credit union member approval for a proposed merger of Nationwide Federal Credit Union with the new Nationwide Bank, as jointly announced with Nationwide earlier today.
