The U.S.-based division of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. (EADS) last week said it has added to its presence in this country by acquiring Texas-based Dynamic Process Solutions, Inc. (DPSI), a small provider of military training and software development capabilities.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DPSI has between 60 and 70 employees and had about $10 million in sales in its most recent fiscal year, EADS North America said.
