US-listed Procter&Gamble opens EUR 120 mln Gillette razor factory in central Poland
WARSAW. JUNE 16. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - US-listed Procter&Gamble's (P&G) Gillette razor unit opened a new EUR 120 mln European production center in Lodz, in central Poland, last week, P&G spokesperson Malgorzata Mejer told Interfax Friday.
"We choose Poland because of favorable taxation laws, qualified workers and the fact that Polish law is congruent with the EU regulations. The investment outlays connected to the construction of a safety razors factory were EUR 120 mln. Currently the plant employs 690 people working at technologically advanced production lines," she ...
