The devastated great-aunt of Jason Baillie told today how she still blames social services - and herself - for his tragic death in a house fire.
Angela March lost her sister Susan Baillie and five-year-old great-nephew Jason in the blaze that wrecked their Thornaby home on November 9, 2004.
More than 18 months after the deaths, mother-of-three Mrs March, who even wrote to Prime Minister Tony Blair seeking answers, said she still has nightmares and now needs psychiatric help. She has lost three stones in weight.
