FOR MORE THAN a quarter of a century, David Hall served as Director of the TCPA, continuing in a long line of leaders of the organisation that has since the Victorian era campaigned for effective planning and humane settlements. Appointed in 1967, David brought to the task not only his background experience in local government but, more importantly, energy and enthusiasm to set a new agenda.
