Alfa Romeo is counting on the DI-Motronic gasoline direct injection system from Bosch: it is being fitted, for instance, to all the gasoline engines in the new Alfa Romeo Spider. It helps the car's "cuore sportivo" or "sporting heart," to increased engine performance with, at the same time, natural, smooth power development - and combines this with economical consumption and low emissions.
