Jun. 23--HARRISTOWN -- The spill of more than 148,000 gallons of gasoline from Buckeye Partners LP's Harristown storage terminal on June 12 has been turned over to the Illinois Attorney General's Office for possible enforcement action. Doug Scott, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency director, asked the attorney general's office on Thursday to look into the spill.
