Jun. 25--A 28-year-old Bethlehem man who raped two children and sexually molested a third child but claimed they instigated the assaults stood quietly as he was ordered to spend up to 75 years in state prison.
"Ma'am, I just want to apologize," Orlando Roman of 2121 East Blvd. told Northampton County Judge F.P. Kimberly McFadden on Friday. "Forgive me for what I did. I'm sorry." McFadden stared at Roman as she imposed a sentence of 191/2 to 75 years and fines totaling $7,500.
