First Quality Maintenance and Classic Security, divisions of Alliance Building Services, recently received contracts to provide exclusive cleaning and security services at 521 Fifth Ave., also known as the Lefcourt National Building.
"This is a great, prestigious building," said Michael Rodriguez, president of Alliance Building Services.
