Court delays Yukos bankruptcy hearing until Aug 1 (Part 2)
MOSCOW. June 27 (Interfax) - The Moscow Arbitration Court on Tuesday delayed its hearing of the Yukos (RTS: YUKO) bankruptcy case until August 1, an Interfax correspondent reported from the court.
The court granted a request by Eduard Rebgun, the court-appointed manager at Yukos, to put the hearing back. The court on June 8 ordered Rebgun to delay the first meeting of Yukos creditors, and bankruptcy cases cannot be heard until creditors' meetings have been held.
