Santa Barbara, which is also the capital of the department of Santa Barbara, is an old Colonial city at the foot of the majestic Santa Barbara Mountain. Although the town does not have much as far as major attractions go, the traveler is allowed the opportunity to experience typical village life and local culture, renowned artisanship, and a breathtaking natural environment.
